Michael's Beef House is a home town classic so when the 40 year old restaurant was bought the name stayed but the look got a revamp. New logo, menu, photos and website were some of the materials that got a facelift.

I redesigned the breakfast, lunch and dinner menu as well as the to-go menu for Round the Clock - Valparasio/Chesterton. I also photographed more than 40 dishes to match the new look and feel of the menus. That design was later translated into gift cards, digital menu boards and a hand out card promoting Round the Clocks new app.
I've been doodling forever. Eventually those doodles started to be worth something. I've had the opportunity to have my work shown in some great galleries and have managed to even sell a few. Check out my work and let me know what you think.

The Citrus Diner is a fun, fresh alternative to the breakfast and lunch scene.
I had a great time working on this brand. The overall goal was to brand this restaurant as a fresh and fun alternative to your typical family style restaurant. I designed everything from the logo to the menu to signage, photography and custom type.

I designed the presentation materials for Oak Partners. A tri-fold folder with staggered inserts and mailing envelope. Other pieces included, a letter head, thank you notes, post-card, power point templates and quarterly newsletter. I did not do this logo or choose the brand colors, I had work around their existing elements and I feel the end results helped this brand excel.
Logos are the unique mark of a company, organization or event. I've worked with many Northwest Indiana businesses and beyond to give each it's own personality and flavor. A graphic designer's personal style should be imposed on a logo, the subject matter itself should be the driving force behind the logo's visual appeal. Be it a logo for cancer, a park, or an event - each logo should become a strong representation of the organization.

I am privileged to help Calvary Church in Orland Park with their sermon graphics, logos and post cards. I revamped their logo to give it a clean look and feel and most recently designed their annual report. The follow images are from various sermon series. The Astonished series is my favorite because I also shot all of the portraits of members for that series.
Centennial Park in Munster, In is the Town's largest park and offers a family oriented environment with its large soccer fields, playgrounds, clubhouse with banquet facilities, restaurant with outdoor seating, outdoor pavilions, entertainment stage, formal gardens, 3-acre dog park, walking paths, fishing, and wide-open natural spaces. This eco-friendly environment preserves the natural surroundings of the land. The clubhouse has obtained Silver LEED Certification. The 9-hole golf course with driving range was designed by Tim Nugent.
I was able to design the logo for the park, golf course, dog park and the restaurant in the clubhouse called The View. The elements in the logo and materials were all taken from the park.
The INsight Design Conference is an annual creative event that brings together the creatives of Northwest Indiana for one night of speakers and networking.
These materials are from our 7th event in 2014. I designed the event booklet, name tags, in-house signage, stickers and presentation screens for each speaker and sponsor. The event website was design and managed by Jamie Wayne and the video was completed by Faith Church.
Sage wanted their new identity to reflect the modern, clean and sexy American-Italian food that they would be serving. They referred to Sage as a women and their food like jazz. The print pieces all have a very cohesive theme and the use of the sage leaves are sprinkled throughout. The website was formatted to fit the overall look but is a cargo collective site. It was great working with their team to get this project done and out the door.

Caramel Kettle Candies was in need of a new identity. I created the logo for the company and all of the matching material. I took photos of the turtles and gave this small business a professional classy look and feel.

The Center for Visual and Performing Arts in Munster, IN has been in business for 20 years. Along with their 20th anniversary, we created a whole new look for the Center. The goal of the project was to position the Center as a destination facility. The project covered everything from new collateral to way finding to outdoor graphics to a new marquee.
